Welcome to the PIGSwap® Community Rules & Regulations

The adult discussion forums, marketplace, and social network at PIGSwap.com are where porn stars, leather daddies and gay men of all types and interests congregate. By participating in PIGSwap forums, marketplace, and social networks, you agree to follow the community rules and regulations outlined below. When we use the term “forum,” we mean any area of the PIGSwap.com Site that allows interaction with other individuals visiting or using PIGSwap.com, such as forums and marketplaces. You also agree to our Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with these rules and regulations. PIGSwap is a community, and we rely on you to keep this community friendly and enjoyable by following these rules. If you feel that another member’s post or activity has violated these rules and would like to bring it to our attention, you may contact us at PIGSwap.com/contact. Although PIGSwap tries to evaluate all reports regarding misuse of its services, it does not promise to do so, and it reserves the right to take any action or no action at all in response to such reports.

I. Forum and Blog Posting Regulations

A – Pornographic or Sexual Material is Permissable. Sexually explicit discussions are acceptable in our community. Sexually explicit content and links to such content are not prohibited. Images of sexual nature, including nudes, selfies, images of sexual poses and conduct may be posted in forums, with some basic rules and regulations: PIGSwap.com RULES & REGULATIONS While you are permitted to post images of a sexual nature in our forums and on the PIGSwap.com Site, the following content may be considered obscene and therefore not permissible on PIGSwap.com’s website. Use of any part of PIGSwap.com constitutes your agreement to our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and our Community Rules & Regulations.

No images or videos that contain blood or scat.
Images or videos that contain bestiality or animals in a sexual nature will not be permitted.
Any images or videos that highlight violence, or portray guns in a manner that goes against societal norms.
There will be no tolerance of anyone posting images or videos that portray children of any age. All images posted must be of adults over 18 years of age. Anyone who posts images of children will have their accounts terminated and their information will be reported to the authorities.

Any images that are considered illegal, immoral, obscene, or vulgar, will be removed at the sole discretion of the Site owners per our Terms and Conditions. B – Profanity & Racist Comments The use of profanity or racist comments is strictly prohibited, whether in titles, forums, blog posts, or anywhere else on PIGSwap. C – Posting Email Addresses, Websites and Phone Numbers in Forum Threads. Users may not post URLs in any form until they have made at least 10 legitimate posts and have been with us for more than 7 days (unless member is posting in our Marketplace Forums–see Rule V below). After you have made 10 legitimate posts, you may post websites within posts to direct other users to valuable resources (more on this later). If you want to include your email address, website, or phone number for people to contact you, please put this information in your private messages only. PIGSwap reserves the right to remove any email address, website or phone number that has been placed in your profile, our message posts as a means of contact, except in advertisement posts placed in our Marketplace. In addition, do not disclose any personal information that you do not wish others to know for your own safety and security. D – No FAO (for the attention of) or Goodbye Posts. Personal discussions or “for the attention of” posts are prohibited. Please use the private message feature, chat, or email for this purpose. In addition, please refrain from “Goodbye Forum” posts in forum threads. These posts may be deleted by the forum or Site administrators. E – No Impersonations. Do not impersonate or attempt to impersonate other forum members, moderators, or administrators. In addition, do not post email addresses, standard addresses, ICQ and other messaging client numbers, or phone numbers which are not your own. The creation or use of fake user accounts is strictly prohibited. F – One account per user, please. PIGSwap users are limited to one account per person; users may not register or use alternate accounts. The use of credit cards for age verification, as well as user account information, is explained in our Privacy Policy. G – No Abusive Behavior. You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not post or otherwise transmit (including through the PIGSwap private messaging system) any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, abusive, hateful, harassing, obscene, sexually explicit, threatening, invasive of a person’s privacy, or otherwise in violation of any law. ABUSIVE BEHAVIOR INCLUDES POSTING IN ALL CAPS! It is bad netiquette, and is flat out rude. H – Do Not Flame or Troll Flaming, flame-baiting, and trolling are not allowed anywhere on this site, including in posts, signatures, and private messages. Flaming is directly insulting another member, flame-baiting is making a comment with the intention of getting a flame as a response, and trolling involves starting arguments or upsetting people by posting inflammatory, extraneous, or off-topic messages with the intent of provoking readers into an emotional response or of otherwise disrupting normal on-topic discussion. I – Remember – All Members are Equals Treat all PIGSwap members equally, whether they are an admin, a moderator, or an average member. Do not single a member out because they have a low postcount or a low status on the site. In addition, do not personally attack members who violate these rules. Instead, report the member or post to a moderator or admin. J – Respect the Staff If a staff member tells you to stop doing something, stop. Never attack the staff directly. If you disagree with any action taken by a staff member, please contact the administrator privately. K – No Email Harvesting Harvesting email addresses from our site is strictly prohibited. Do not harvest email addresses from PIGSwap users. L – No Private Message SPAM Users with basic PIGSwap memberships may only send private messages to their contacts. PIGSwap PAID members may send private messages to any member, but these private messages may not contain advertisements or solicitations. M – No Poaching or Polling Diverting our members to competitor forums or websites is strictly forbidden. Polling our members to gather information to be used on a competing website, course, podcast, book, blog post or video is strictly forbidden. N – No Affiliate Marketing No form of affiliate marketing is allowed on PIGSwap. That means no posting affiliate links in messages, in your signature, in blog posts, or on your profile. Hiding affiliate links through services that provide short urls is also forbidden. O – Posting Images in Threads. Screenshots, photographs, and other images that you want to embed in your post must be no larger than 1280 x 960 pixels. Larger images may be deleted, resized, or changed to a link. P – Stay On-Topic Posts in a particular forum need to stay on-topic. If you want to talk about something that is drastically removed from the topic of a forum, please create a new topic. Posts that are unrelated to real estate must be placed in the off-topic forum. Q – No Religious or Political Postings Religious statements and threads on the topic of religion are not permitted on PIGSwap. Please do not use a religious quote in your signature, or anywhere else on the site. Use of this adult site to promote any kind of religion is not permitted. Posting any images or videos that may be considered objectionable due to its religious content or message may be deleted and your account may be terminated without additional notice if you have been previously warned, per our terms and conditions. Political threads not permitted on PIGSwap. Any post or thread regarding politics will be removed. PIGSwap reserves the right to edit any post or thread that may contain political commentary. Posting any images or videos that may be considered objectionable due to its political content or message may be deleted and your account may be terminated without additional notice if you have been previously warned, per our terms and conditions. PIGSwap is an adult social network, not a forum for religious or political debates, discussions, or proselytizing. R – NO SPAMMING Spam is strictly prohibited on PIGSwap. Spamming is characterized by the initiation of threads or posts that contribute nothing to a forum, whether on or off-topic. Examples include: advertisements that are not located in the Marketplace Forums, empty posts, posts with few words that have no relation to the current thread, promotion of your website or product in any thread other than the classifieds, and those posts that state they are Spam, either to annoy or to increase a member’s post count. Posting the same message across several threads is also considered Spam, as is filling your post with keywords with the goal of attracting searchers (keyword stuffing). S – Off-Limits Ad & Solicitation Types Posts or messages including chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any kind of Ponzi scheme are not allowed on our site. Promoting or marketing properties that you have no contractual or ownership interest in is also strictly prohibited. T – No Advertising or Promotions Outside the PIGSwap Marketplace. PIGSwap may consider looking for or offering deals, looking for or offering loans, looking for or offering to be a cash buyer, looking for or offering services or any mention of your company, company name or what your company does to be advertising. Responding to another user’s advertisement with an advertisement for different products or services is strictly prohibited. Do not post any variation of “PM me for more information.” If you have information to share, post it in the forums. We have many read-only members who can also benefit from your information.

II – Member User Names, Signatures, Avatars, and Profile Information.

A – Profile Name The name you enter for your first and last name MUST be your actual name, which will be verifiable via your credit card — pseudonyms or fake names are not allowed. Your account profile name may be a nickname. Members may not use website URLs or email addresses as their profile link name, and profile names may not contain references to drugs or any other inappropriate material. B – Avatars & Profile Images Member avatars (profile photos) exist so our users can share their personalities or personal images of themselves. Avatars may not be used for promotional purposes. This means no ads and no company logos or text in the images may be permitted. In addition, users are strictly prohibited from using the following as an avatar:

Images depicting any person other than yourself
Images you are not authorized to use under copyright
Images that make a political or religious statement
Sexually explicit images may be allowed

Avatars and profile images that are deemed offensive, insulting, or harmful to either a PIGSwap member, or its staff, are strictly prohibited. PIGSwap may remove any avatar or profile image at any time for any reason per our discretion.

III – LINK MODIFICATION BY ADMINISTRATORS

PIGSwap administrators may, at their discretion, modify any link contained within our forums. These modified links may contain codes allowing PIGSwap to profit for referred traffic.

IV – USE OF FORUM EMAIL & PRIVATE MESSAGING

Forum administrators reserve the right to periodically scan and review the forum email and private messages database in search of abuse. Abuse of the forum email or private messaging systems may result in immediate removal from PIGSwap, and PIGSwap has the right (but not the obligation) to pursue all available remedies to address such abuse.

V – OFFICIAL FORUM EMAIL & PRIVATE MESSAGES

Please note that by registering for this forum, you agree to receive emails and private messages about your account from forum administrators and moderators. You may also receive promotional messages from PIGSwap. See our Privacy Policy for how to opt out of promotional email.

VI – REMOVAL OF CONTENT, BANNING, SUSPENSION, TERMINATION

PIGSwap may in its sole discretion remove any content for any reason or no reason at all. In addition, PIGSwap may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to parts of or to the entire PIGSwap Website if you violate any of the community rules and regulations or terms of use, or for any other reason, in its sole discretion. PIGSwap may take these actions at any time, with or without notice and without liability to any users. PIGSwap’ failure at any time to require performance of any provision of these rules and regulations or our Terms of Use or to exercise any right provided for herein will not be deemed a waiver of such right provision or such right. All waivers must be in writing. Unless the written waiver contains an express statement to the contrary, no waiver by PIGSwap of any breach of any provision of these rules and regulations or our Terms of Use or of any right provided for therein will be construed as a waiver of any continuing or succeeding breach of such provision, a waiver of the provision itself, or a waiver of any right under these rules and regulations or our Terms of Use. Our forums and blog discussions are semi-moderated, and moderators or administrators may close or delete a thread at any time and for any reason. Once a topic is closed, members are not allowed to start a new thread with the same topic. All questions or remarks regarding closed or deleted threads must be e-mailed privately to the Forum. It is your responsibility to maintain a current, valid email address in your registration information so that our moderators can contact you in the event of a policy violation, though no such contact by PIGSwap is required. If any of your PIGSwap privileges have been revoked and you have questions about why, or what, if anything, you can do to restore them, please email the forum administrator. Responsibility for User-Generated Content Posted on or Through this Site

You are responsible for User-Generated Content that you post. Under no circumstances will we be liable in any way for any UGC. This means that you, not PIGSwap, are entirely responsible for all UGC that you post and that you can be held personally liable for comments that are defamatory, obscene, or libelous, or that violate these Terms of Use, an obligation of confidentiality, or the rights of others. If any part of the UGC you post is not your original work, it is your responsibility to obtain any necessary permission to post it. Because we do not control the UGC posted on or through this Site, we cannot and do not warrant or guarantee the truthfulness, integrity, suitability, or quality of that UGC. You also agree and understand that by accessing this Site, you may encounter UGC that you may consider to be objectionable. We have no responsibility for any UGC, including without limitation any errors or omissions therein. We are not liable for any loss or damage of any kind you may claim was incurred as a result of the use of any UGC posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available on or through this Site. By posting User-Generated Content, you represent and warrant that (i) you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the UGC and have the right to grant the license set forth in these Terms of Use; (ii) the UGC is accurate, and (iii) you have read and understood—and your UGC fully complies with—these Terms of Use and applicable laws and will not cause injury to any person or entity.

Removal of Content

In general. You can seek removal of objectionable UGC, and lodge complaints against particular users, by contacting us at http://www.PIGSwap.com/contact. We will endeavor to review such requests and to remove UGC and users that we determine should be removed, in our sole discretion and in accordance with these Terms of Use and applicable law. However, by providing a mechanism for the submission of complaints, we make no promises that we will review all such complaints or that we will take any action in response to such complaints. Please be aware, however, that if the UGC has already been distributed to other websites or published in other media, we will not be able to recapture and delete it. Also, a back-up or residual copy of the UGC we remove from this Site may remain on back-up servers. Violation of copyrights. PIGSwap does not knowingly violate or permit others to violate the copyrights of others. We will promptly remove or disable access to material that we know is infringing or if we become aware of circumstances from which infringing activity is apparent. If you are requesting removal of content because of a violation of your copyrights, please note that the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the “DMCA”) provides recourse for copyright owners who believe that material appearing on the Internet infringes their rights under U.S. copyright law. If you believe that your own work, or the work of a third party for whom you are authorized to act, is featured on this Site or has been otherwise copied and made available on this Site in a manner that constitute copyright infringement, please notify us immediately. Your Feedback

Although we do not claim ownership of User-Generated Content you post using this Site, the Feedback you provide to us through this Site will be and remain our exclusive property. Your submission of Feedback will constitute an assignment to us of all worldwide rights, title and interests in your Feedback, including all copyrights and other intellectual property rights in your Feedback. We will be entitled to reduce to practice, exploit, make, use, copy, disclose, display or perform publicly, distribute, improve and modify any Feedback you submit for any purpose whatsoever, without restriction and without compensating you in any way. For this reason, we ask that you not send us any Feedback that you do not wish to assign to us.

Your Obligations

In consideration of your use of this Site, you agree that to the extent you provide personal information to PIGSwap it will be true, accurate, current, and complete and that you will update all personal information as necessary. You also agree that you will use an image of yourself that you are authorized to use for your profile picture. The use of company logos, advertisements, web addresses, contact information, pictures of celebrities or the unauthorized use of images owned by others is prohibited. Company logos may only be used by authorized representatives and may only be posted by authorized representatives of the respective company, or with expressed written permission by the Site owners. To the extent you create an account through this Site, you understand and agree that any account you create, including your username and password, are personal to you and may not be used by anyone else. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your username and password by you or by anyone else using your username and password, whether or not authorized by you. You agree to change your password immediately if you believe your password may have been compromised or used without authorization. You also agree to immediately inform us of any apparent breaches of security such as loss, theft or unauthorized disclosure or use of your username or password by contacting us using the information provided here: http://www.PIGSwap.com/contact. Until we are so notified you will remain liable for any unauthorized use of your account. You agree to use this Site in a manner consistent with any and all applicable rules and regulations. You agree not to upload or transmit through this Site any computer viruses, trojan horses, worms or anything else designed to interfere with, interrupt or disrupt the normal operating procedures of a computer. Any unauthorized modification, tampering or change of any information; any interference with the availability of or access to this Site; or any unauthorized scraping of the Content on this Site is strictly prohibited. We reserve all rights and remedies available to us, including but not limited to the right to terminate your access to this Site.

Fees and Payments

PIGSwap members can elect to upgrade their account to a PAID Account or to purchase another subscription service offered by PIGSwap such as advertising in our Marketplace, where they are charged a subscription fee for the use of certain services. PIGSwap reserves the right to change the fees at any time, upon notice to you. By registering for a PAID account, or other subscription service, you agree to pay PIGSwap the fees for the services applicable to the account level chosen. For any upgrade or downgrade in plan level, the credit card that you provided will automatically be charged the new rate immediately. All fees are paid in advance and are non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, refunds for accounts that have had access to particular services restricted, refunds for accounts that have had upgrades canceled for any reason including violations of these Terms, or refunds for months unused. However, if a user upgrades and cancels within 24 hours without using the upgraded services offered to members with a paid subscription, we will offer a full refund minus any applicable cancellation fees. We reserve the right to deactivate your access to the Services for your failure to pay applicable fees or for violations of these Terms. If you provide us with a credit card that expires during the term of these Terms of Service, we reserve the right to charge any renewal card issued to you as a replacement. You agree to promptly pay PIGSwap in the event of any refusal of your credit card issuer to pay any amount to PIGSwap for any reason. You agree to pay all costs of collection, including attorneys’ fees and costs, on any outstanding balance. In the event you fail to pay any amount when due, PIGSwap may immediately suspend or terminate your access to any or all of our services.

Automatic Renewal

Your PAID, or other subscription services will renew automatically, unless you cancel your subscription (see Cancellation on how to cancel). You must cancel your subscription before the calendar day it renews (the day of the month you are to be charged) to avoid billing of the subscription fees for the renewal term to your credit card. Additionally, we may terminate your subscription for a violation of these Terms.

We may elect to offer free or discounted pricing for use of the PAID services or other subscription services (a “Trial”). If you do not cancel your subscription prior to the expiration of the Trial, then your credit card will be billed for the subscription fees. You agree to comply with any additional terms, restrictions or limitations we impose in connection with any Trial. You may not sign-up for multiple Accounts in order to receive additional benefits under any Trial.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription(s) at any time by logging into your PIGSwap PAID account, going to your account preferences and clicking on the “Please cancel my PIGSwap account” link. Other subscriptions may be cancelled via the settings on the pages associated with their features. If you cancel the services before the last day of your current paid up month, your cancellation will take effect immediately and you will not be charged again.
